The 9 Spot: C.J. Omololu

February 2nd, 2010 by Saundra

In C.J. Omololu’s debut YA novel DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS, when sixteen year old Lucy comes home to find her mother dead in their hoarded home, she must decide how far she’ll go to keep their family secrets safe! To celebrate C.J.’s launch, I’m asking her 9 essential questions we need to know about every author.

9. Legs or pudding?
Pudding. Kozy Shack rice pudding…mmm.

8. Jean jacket or leather jacket?
Leather. I still have my vintage leather motorcycle jacket with the painted design on the back from my college days.

7. Blind faith or cold logic?
Cold logic I’m afraid.

6. Pen or keyboard?
Keyboard. I type faster than I can think.

5. Zombies or unicorns?
Homicidal fairies.

4. Hardback or paperback?
Hardback. Hits the wall with a satisfying thunk if I don’t like it.

3. Bookmark or fold the page?
Bookmark if it’s borrowed or library – folded if it’s all mine.

2. Hoard or share?
My book is about hoarding so I have to plead the fifth.

1. Happy ending or total devastation?
Not much for happy endings usually…

Happy debut, C.J.!
